Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

User O Gato de Botas 12 uploads repeatedly copyrighted material

Just noticed on an Portuguese Wikipedia article a photo uploaded by this user in copyright violation, added speedy tag deletion to it but when opened the user talk page to paste the warning, noticed that there are multiple warnings, so it is a repeated behavior, user do not seem to understand that it is not possible to upload copyrighted material to Wikimedia Commons. --ArlindoPereira (talk) 09:36, 1 July 2025 (UTC)

Datasets about potential logos - June 2025 uploads

Hi all, we have released a new dataset of potential logos uploaded in June 2025, together with another one of those which have already been deleted as of 2025-07-02. We are sharing them with you for your consideration.

This is part of our current work with the logo detection tool. We hope it will be useful for your moderation activities.

Request to delete old versions of personal profile images

I would like to request the deletion of the older versions of my profile image located at [1]. The older versions contain outdated or unwanted images of myself, and I am the original uploader of the file. I politely request that older versions be removed for privacy reasons. Category:Doctor Who

Hello! Could an admin please help clean up Category:Doctor Who? A Jordanene7 sockpuppet made a royal mess of the category, moving the existing category to Category:Doctor Who (1963) and creating a new useless category at Category:Doctor Who (2005). Hi @EurekaLott, I am not familiar with the content in this category so I made a mess of myself going back and forth until I figured out something. But I believe I have done some good there. Thanks, @Shaan Sengupta! There's no need to divide the category into year-based subcategories. I was thinking it would be best if Category:Doctor Who (1963) was moved back to Category:Doctor Who to preserve its history, and Category:Doctor Who (2005) deleted or redirected to Category:Doctor Who. Likewise, Category:Doctor Who (1963) logos can be moved back to Category:Doctor Who logos and the new Category:Doctor Who (2005) logos can be merged there. @EurekaLott I've moved everything at Category:Doctor Who (1963) logos & Category:Doctor Who (2005) logos to Category:Doctor Who logos and got 'em both speedily deleted. So this part is done. I've also emptied Category:Doctor Who (2005) & Category:Doctor Who (1963) and redirected 'em to Category:Doctor Who. I hope its all good now. Please let me know, if something more is to be done here. Essentially Doctor Who ran from 1963 to 1989, had a TV film in 1996 and then returned in 2005 and has been airing since. It's all considered the same show, not two separate shows (even though the 1963-1989 is marketed as "Classic Who" and the 2005 was called "New Who".) Abzeronow (talk) 21:49, 4 July 2025 (UTC)
