বাংলা: পাতি মাছরাঙা (Alcedo atthis) হল আলসেডিনিডি (Alcedinidae) পরিবারের অন্তর্গত একটি রঙিন ও ছোট আকৃতির মৎস্যভোজী পাখি, যা আলসেডো (Alcedo) গণের অন্তর্গত। এটি অত্যন্ত দক্ষ মৎস্য শিকারি। স্থান: জাতীয় উদ্ভিদ উদ্যান, ঢাকা, বাংলাদেশ।
English: The Common kingfisher (Alcedo atthis) is a small, colorful fish-eating bird of the family Alcedinidae, belonging to the genus Alcedo. It is highly skilled at catching fish. This photo was taken at the moment when the bird was identifying its prey just before hunting, at the National Botanical Garden of Bangladesh.
